Built in 1970, Esplanade by the Lake consists of 16 two-story residential buildings with 136 total units and 141,168 rentable square feet.  The property sits on 8.76 acres of land. 

Built in 1984, Mansion West consists of 14 two-story residential buildings with 78 total units and 72,770 rentable square feet.  The property sits on 2.70 acres of land. 

Built in 1970, Salem West consists of 4 two-story residential buildings with 34 total units and 30,924 rentable square feet.  The property sits on 2.35 acres of land.
